Having regard to the fact that petitioner nos. 1 and 2, have already been arrested, their prayer for anticipatory bail has become infructuous.

This Court on perusal of the case diary against the petitioner no. 3, also in respect of the offences punishable under Section-341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, and particularly the specific allegation against the petitioner for making an attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant, is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25140 of 2015 (3) dt.25-08-2015 petitioner no. 3.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no. 3, is hereby rejected.

Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of petitioner no. 3, in surrendering before the Court below and seeking regular bail.
