The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 208/2017, for the offence under section 380 of I.P.C.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. Nothing was recovered from the active possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner is remained in custody nearly three months and he has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that case was registered against unknown and petitioner has no criminal antecedent and remained in custody for nearly three months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33234 of 2018(2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 208 of 2017 vide CRI No. 1918/2017.
