Mr. Atul Chandra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are ladies. They are in custody in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the FIR, he submits that there is omnibus allegation against these petitioners. The persons against whom thee is specific allegation, have been granted bail by the coordinate benches of this court.

Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33092 of 2018(2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 other co-accused have been granted bail vide order dated 19.09.2017, 19.04.2018 and 21.05.2018 respectively in Cr. Misc. Nos. 45195 of 2017, 22283 of 2018, 31377 of 2018 and 31387 of 2018, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateXIII, Siwan, in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017.
