The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 354(B) and l506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner caught hold the hair lock and hand of the daughter of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the daughter of the informant was jumping on the plastic pipe of the tube-well, obstructing the free flow of irrigation water which was objected by the petitioner. Though, there is counter version of the occurrence filed on behalf of the wife of the petitioner being Narhat P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014 making accusation under Sections 147, 149, 440, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Statement has been made in para-3 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31850 of 2014 (2) dt.03-02-2015 petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
