Petitioner seeks bail in Bajpatti P.S. Case No.22 of 2019 registered under sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The police on secret information raided the house of the petitioner and from the house of the petitioner, 30.430 litres Indian made foreign liquor of different brands was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 27.01.2020. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three and half months for recovery of 30.430 litres Indian made foreign liquor. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. II-cum-Special
