JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-03-2016 Merely because Magadh University which has been notorious for all kinds of illegal actions and activities permitted the petitioner to enroll for Ph.D., in a subject, which was not even offered by the University at the relevant time, for whatever consideration it was done and now they are shying away from certifying that position or issuing a degree, this Court will not step into by way of judicial direction to bail out the petitioner by asking the University to certify that the petitioner is a Ph.D. in education.

Let a final decision be made known to the petitioner by the University itself. No mandamus will be issued. Writ application is dismissed.
