2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., on 01.08.2024 at about 11 AM, the grand-daughter of informant went outside to eat Samosa, but she did not return. Informant suspects that petitioner and other coaccused persons kidnapped his grand-daughter.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has denied
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16778 of 2025(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 the prosecution case and stated that no one has kidnapped her. After being scolded by her grand mother, out of anger, she left the house. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Nawada in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 892 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
