The grievance of the petitioner is as regarding pendency of Nagar Nigam Case No.12 of 2013 filed by the petitioner which is pending disposal before the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Begusarai for the last three years. The limited prayer made by the petitioner herein is to direct the Municipal Commissioner to dispose of the Nagar Nigam Case No.12 of 2013.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7794 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 In the nature of grievance so raised I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Begusarai to consider and dispose of Nagar Nigam Case No.12 of 2013 in accordance with law and after an opportunity of hearing to the private respondents herein and since the matter is pending disposal since almost three years hence an expeditious disposal preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order would suffice the grievance of the petitioner.
