====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 The petitioner has filed this application whereby he has sought direction for payment of difference pay of 6th P.R.C. which has been denied to the petitioner.

Instead of going to the merit of the case, in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit the specific statement has been made by the respondent that entire difference pay of 6th P.R.C. has been paid to the petitioner which has not been disputed by the counsel for the petitioner. In such view of the matter, it is treated that entire payment has been made to the petitioner which he is entitled to. In such view of the matter, this petition does not survive. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
