The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner No. 1, 2 and 3.
Permission is accorded.

No.19212 of 2023(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/3 The informant alleges that on order of Amendra, accused Devendra fired, causing injury to his son, further Mahendra, Om Prakash and Sajan also indulged in firing and Pawan along with Hira hurled bomb at the place of occurrence, it is further alleged that the occurrence took place on account of land dispute.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. Learned counsel next submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that specific allegation of firing is against Devendra and as far as this petitioner is concerned, he is alleged to have indulged in firing but then no one was injured.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
