The petitioners seek bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.827 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is to have committed assaulted upon the informant and his family members by means of lathi, danda, etc. It is also alleged that the petitioners have caused murder by causing firearm injury. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have falsely been

It is submitted that no specific allegation has been levelled against these petitioners rather specific allegation is against other co-accused person. It is further submitted that petitioners are lady of of clean antecedent and they are in custody since 19.11.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let both the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.827 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna.
