Petitioner was appointed as Cook and posted at 150 General Hospital, Rajauri, Jammu & Kashmir. He stayed there for continuous eight years. He filed an application for his transfer, which was acceded to and the petitioner was transferred to Military Hospital, Gaya on 13.06.2017. Petitioner joined his present place of posting, but due to weather conditions he became allergic and suffered from bronchitis and has filed a representation before the Commanding Officer, Military Hospital, Gaya (respondent No. 4) for retransferring him to his previous place of
Patna High Court CWJC No.11753 of 2017 (2) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 posting but that has not been disposed of as yet. Since the representation of the petitioner (Annexure-2) is pending before the concerned authority, the Union of India is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks. Application stands disposed of.
