The petitioner, who was an employee of the respondent Corporation, has filed this writ application being aggrieved by nonpayment of the amount of earned leave during the period when he was in service and also the amount of stipend for the period when he was engaged on contractual basis in the Corporation. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has pointed out the orders passed by the respondent Corporation allowing the claim for payment of earned leave amount to the petitioner by Annexure 1 and the amount of payment to be made to the petitioner in accordance with the order as contained in Annexure 2. It has been further submitted that the petitioner filed his representation praying for
Patna High Court CWJC No.8548 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 payment aforesaid which is evident from the petitions (Annexures 3 and 3/1), but no order has still been passed. Learned Counsel for the respondent Corporation has submitted that the appropriate order for payment of admissible dues of the petitioner as claimed in his petitions (Annexures 3 and 3/1) shall be passed within a period of two months. After considering the submission and the materials on record, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Corporation to dispose of the claim as made by the petitioner in his petitions (Annexures 3 and 3/1) for payment of his dues in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
