Petitioner happens to be the main assailant and, therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, again, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 845/2014 arising out of Sadar (Mufassil) P.S. Case no. 140/2014 pending in the court of Fast Track Court II, Purnea stands rejected.
