At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners.

Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.4 within a period of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11684 of 2021(3) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 three weeks and the respondent no.4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

It is made clear that if the order is not complied within the stipulated period, the respondent no.4 shall be held liable for non-compliance of the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
