2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no. 2 as he has been arrested during pendency of this case.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. So far as petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 are concerned, apprehends their arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 74, 303(2), 352, 351 (2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.

6. As per prosecution case, co-accused Aditya Kumar Jha, Anmol Jha and Abhishek Jha are said to have stabbed the informant causing injury to him.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against these petitioners. There is land dispute between both the parties. The injury is found to be simple in nature.

8. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

9. Accordingly, let the petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4, above-named are concerned, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Samastipur/ concerned court below in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 249 of
