Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 452 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the alleged recovery has been made from the premises of the Paharpur Police Station and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery, container or the persons arrested in any manner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 01, East Champaran in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 452 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
