2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ application for filing appeal before the State Teachers Employment Appellate Authority which has been constituted and is functional.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

In view of the fact that the petitioner had moved in close proximity of the order dated 06.04.2016 and thereafter the matter was pending before this Court, if an appeal is preferred by the petitioner before the State Appellate Authority within three weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be heard and disposed off on merits in accordance with law.
