The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one loaded country made pistol along with a live cartridge is recovered from the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06-10-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One loaded country-made pistol alongwith a live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019.
