The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case No. 465 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 341, 324, 379, 504, 506/34 Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the injured sustained grievous injury, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case No. 465 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa stands rejected.
