ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State.
The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2018 in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2006 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased and the case is of under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and only because he is a family member, he has been roped in the present case.
Considering the aforementioned facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32963 of 2018 (3) dt.04-07-2018 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge- 4-cum- ACJM-II, in connection with Raghhopur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2006.
