The petitioner being husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. On instruction, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to the aforesaid effect has been made in paragraph 8 of the petition but the offer is not acceptable to the informant as submitted by the learned counsel for the informant on instruction.

Considering the present stand of the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31826 of 2014 (2) dt.05-02-2015 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.S.
