JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of Excise Act. It is alleged that from the wooden shop of the petitioner foreign liquor made in India were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case and Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32635 of 2014 (2) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 today in connection withSaraia (Jaintpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 245 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, West, Muzaffarpur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
