Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 385, 427, 435, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by this court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 44284 of 2017, 44177 of 2017, 48029 of 2017, 54415 of 2017, 54689 of 2017, 55199 of 2017 and 58150 of 2017 vide order dated 19.9.2017, 2.1.2018, 16.11.2017, 15.12.2017, 20.11.2017 and 19.12.2017 respectively.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32973 of 2018(2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017.
