Petitioner, already in custody since 2.3.2018, seeks bail in Sasaram (Mufassil) PS Case No. 211 of 2018, registered under Sections 392 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that four unknown miscreants robbed the informant and his friend cash and other articles. Submission is that the FIR is against unknown, merely on the basis of disclosure of petitioner's name in the confessional statement of Saurabh Kumar he has been implicated in this case, however neither any incriminating looted articles were recovered from his possession nor he was put on TIP, charge-sheet has been submitted and other co-accused have been granted bail by this Court. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Mukesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Mufassil) PS Case No. 211 of 2018.
