ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sono P.S. case no. 110 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 448 and 504 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that allegation has been levelled against one Naseem Mian and all his family members. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that at best, even if the occurrence is to be believed, the petitioners can be treated as a member of the crowd and that no overt act has been attributed to them.

Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. , Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. case no. 110 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
