ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2018 on his surrender in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul O.P.) P.S. Case No.599 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A/26(1) of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case has been engineered by the prosecution out of personal grudge and, in fact, the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from an abandoned place near the poultry farm.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32876 of 2018 (3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Sweta Grewal, learned Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul O.P.) P.S. Case No.599 of 2017.
