JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22.11.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.
Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of this fact that in huge quantity heroin like substance and firearms were recovered from his possession. Again, bail is sought on the ground that in course of trial, seizure list witnesses have not supported the factum of prosecution case but I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner because still informant and other witnesses have to be examined and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Special case no. 56/2014 arising out of Rupaspur P.S. Case no. 156/2014 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge VI, Patna stands rejected.
However, learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
