Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.91 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/427/409/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 135 Electricity Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in this case, He has been implicated in this case on the basis of the statement of the coaccused and except that there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32698 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Presiding Officer P.E.S.U. Area, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagsar P.S. Case No.91 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
