JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kudra P.S.Case No. 72 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 307,323,325,341 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code.
It is submitted that on trivial dispute, both sides quarreled and there is case and counter case and there is no accusation against the petitioner of giving assault to the informant's father who succumbed to injuries later on rather all accusations are specific only against Dina Ram and only allegation against this petitioner is of assaulting the informant's mother but there is no apparent injury on her person and he bears clean antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ashok Ram, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties
