The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mufassil (O.P. Dhanauti) P.S. Case no. 524 of 2013 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Ramsagar Sharma named six persons in the first information report and alleged that on account of flow of drainage some altercation took place. On such all the accused persons assaulted the informant and his son Mukesh Kumar . Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Shankar Chaudhary, Suresh Chaudhary and Ramanand Chaudhary have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32850 of 2014 (2) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 dated 24.06.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17982 of 2014. The case of the petitioners stands on the same footing. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Siwan in Mufassil Dhanauti O.P. P.S. Case No. 524 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
