2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Roghopur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2024 instituted under Sections 103(1), 85, 3(5) of the BNS and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. There is direct allegation of demand of dowry, assault and killing against the petitioner and other family members.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
