2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rail Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 612 of 2023 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379, 365, 364A of the Indian Penal Code and section 141 of the Railway Act.

3. The petitioner and other criminals were carrying illicit liquor in the train. When the victim protested as he wanted to go to the bathroom, they said that they had kept the illicit liquor in the bathroom and on the protest of the victim and other relatives traveling in the train they started beating them and kidnapped the victim. They demanded Rs. 30,000/- from the victim and the victim was recovered by the police from the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of accused Ganesh Bind. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from today, failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will take all steps for his arrest.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna for its forthwith compliance.
