1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate Writ, Order or direction upon the concerned respondents, to stay forthwith the construction of Globus spirit factory by the respondent no.05, on the petitioners land appertaining to Khata No- 964, Khesara No4123, admeasuring 2 decimal, situated at village-Dhandhua, P.S.+Block- Jandaha, District- Vaishali, which is raiyati land of the petitioners and is being utilized for the said construction work, without consent/notice and

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Vaishali for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
