1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, orders, direction/directions for quashing the order dated 29.03.2012 passed by Respondent Commissioner Magadh Range, Gaya whereby and where under the service appeal bearing no. 165/2011 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 15.10.2011 passed by Respondent District Magistrate Aurangabad in order no.

142/2011-2012 contained in Memo no. 318 M/Estab, has been dismissed. The petitioner further prays a direction to the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.11605 of 2021(2) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 authorities to make payment of the dues amount of the petitioner apart from the subsistence allowance of the suspension period. The petitioner further prays for any other relief(s) for which he is entitled in the eye of law."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
