Having regard to the specific stand of the O.P. No. 2, the wife that she wants to reside with her husband, the petitioner and the husband does not want to keep her since he has allegedly filed a divorce case, this Court keeping in view of specific allegations against him of torturing his wife both physically and mentally on or before 20.06.2011 much before the filing of divorce case by the petitioner would not be inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25250 of 2015 (3) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 The petitioner, therefore, must surrender whereafter his prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merits. With the aforesaid observation and direction this application is disposed of.
