JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody since 20.04.2018 in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case no. 40 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 366(A), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are brother of the main accused Sudhir Manjhi. From the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the victim was not satisfied with the existing marriage and she has voluntarily left her house and accompanied Sudhir Manjhi. He further submits that these petitioners are brothers of Sudhir Manjhi and there is no allegation

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. case no. 40 of 2018.
