The petitioner being the husband is apprehending his arrest in Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.78/14 / G.R. No.293/14 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 379/34, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the marriage in question was held about ten years back. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep the victim girl as his wife with full honour and dignity and there shall be no recurrence of such offence either on his part or on the part of the other family members.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and the

No.32428 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 undertaking given before this Court, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within two weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri A.Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Rosera, in Bibhutipur P.S.Case No.78/14/ G.R.No.293/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
