JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner stating that in paragraph-3 of the order dated 2.7.2019, modifying the order dated 25.6.2019, it has inadvertently been mentioned that 'Rs.80,00,000/- of the Government is due with the petitioner' whereas the amount of Rs.80,00,000/- is due with the State Government.

In the said circumstances, the orders dated 25.6.2019 and 2.7.2019 stand modified to the extent that 'the amount of Rs.80,00,000/- is standing due against the State'.
