JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of the Excise Act. From the house of the petitioner 50 bottles each containing 400 ml of country made liquor and from adjacent to the house of the petitioner 150 bottles each containing 400 ml country made liquor were recovered.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is lady. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the recovery has been made from the joint family house.
