JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 429 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 38(1)(2), 41(1)(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 2200 litres of country made wine from a vehicle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession rather the recovery has been made from a vehicle, in which he was only a passenger. He has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 15.06.2017..
