Petitioner retired from the post of Headmaster from Government Middle School, Motipur, Muzaffarpur, on 31.10.2018. He prays for payment of his post retiral benefits as he completed the entire service career without any blemish. Considering the nature of claim, as made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5, the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur, which will be disposed of within a period of three
