JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chenari P.S.Case No. 12 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that merely on the basis of confessional statement, petitioner has been made accused and neither any incriminating looted articles have been recovered nor he was put on TIP though informant claims to have identified the miscreants and investigation has been completed in this case and besides this, petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shaukat Hajam, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32919 of 2018(3) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018.
