JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.01.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 78037 of 2018 by which, while rejecting the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners, they were directed to surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, but they could not surrender due to some problem. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15680 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 order passed by this Court. However, if petitioners surrender and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this Court. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
