JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,447,379,341,323,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that 20-25 persons including the petitioner entered into the house of the informant, made assault and snatched the jewellery and cash of rupees ten thousand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32610 of 2014 (2) dt.06-02-2015 The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gaya. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
