Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 01.02.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6772 of 2020, in which four weeks time was granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below, but petitioner could not surrender within the aforesaid period due to lockdown as he was out of State to earn his livelihood.

In view of the above, petitioner is granted further six weeks time from today to surrender before the court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38929 of 2022(3) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 The order dated 01.02.2021 is modified to the extent indicated above.

This modification application is allowed.
