This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner came along with two others with firearms but the firearm which was carrying by the petitioner was snatched by the villagers. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the only allegation is of assault by fists and slaps. There is also allegation of firing but none injured. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33364 of 2014 (2) dt.06-02-2015 surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
