JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448,376,511,379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and made attempt to establish forceful physical relationship with the informant and while retreating from the house, gold chain and ear ring of the informant were snatched. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 30.5.2014 the FIR was registered on 7.8.2014. Considering the delayed lodging of the FIR, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Raxaul, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul P.S.
