====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P. S. Case No.988 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the I.P.C.

The petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and the impugned order goes to show that husband as well as some other in-laws of the deceased have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.
