The petitioner is in custody in connection with Andar P.S Case No. 186 of 2017 for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was lodged against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2018. He was not put on TIP. His name has been roped in this case on the basis of confessional statement in another case. He submits that in the instant case the co-accused, who made confessional statement, did not name this petitioner. Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with
